Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to digital subscriptions and software-backed information products sold under the InfoRadar brand.

1. First-time subscription refunds

If you are a first-time subscriber and are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 7 days of the initial purchase, provided the request is made in good faith and includes the order email used during checkout.

2. Renewals

Renewal payments are generally non-refundable once the new billing period has started. If you do not want the subscription to renew, cancel before the next billing date.

3. One-time digital products

If a one-time digital product is offered in the future, refunds may be granted if the product was not delivered as described. Because digital goods can be accessed instantly, refunds may be limited once access has been delivered.
