Launch support goes through Telegram.

During launch, product support is handled through the official InfoRadar Telegram bot. This keeps onboarding, billing follow-up, and activation fixes in one place.

1. Primary support channel

Open @inforadar_bot and include your Paddle receipt, Telegram handle, and a short description of the issue.

2. Product-specific support

InfoRadar lives at inforadar.rickqian.com. Use that dedicated product host for pricing, onboarding, and launch-period support.

3. Brand inbox status

A branded email inbox is being prepared. Until it is live, Telegram is the only public support path shown on this site.
